For the launch of the innovative new PlayStation game Move Fitness, I was tasked to design a Facebook app for an idea I had using your mobile phone as a controller. The game itself used the PlayStation Move controllers for the user to play various mini workout games at home. For this reason the concept of using your actual mobile, and it's integrated accelerometer, as a form of Move controller on Facebook seemed perfect. After scanning a QR code the user could move as instructed on screen to play a simplified selection of the in-game workouts.

I designed the entire Facebook app in Photoshop and Illustrator. Using some very nice assets supplied by the client, I created a design that was to feel like you where at the gym without having to leave the house. Panoramic back drops of the gym would subtly pan from left to right to bring the experience to life, while the virtual trainer would engage with the user shouting instructions and trying to persuade the user to buy in to this dream gym experience. Unfortunately due to time restraints the app never made it into production.
